Leak detection is done by mapping out your water lines with electronic line detection equipment that determine if your leak is hot or cold water, soft or hard systems, R.O. Water, sewer water, or condensation from your A.C. The entire process takes about a hour which is included in our flat rate of $150. Electronic Audio Enhancement Equipment is used to determine where the leak is located and Thermal Imaging is used mostly for hot leaks, but varies depending on various conditions. Electronic Audio Enhancement and Thermal Imaging are included in the $150 leak detection rate.
